"I am not a fan of big cruise ships… never had much interest in them, as I prefer more intimate travel with few people along and more independent sightseeing. I had read about Seaspeak and, having traveled by yacht before, I opted for the experience the Seaspeak could bring. This trip exceeded all my very high expectations. West End island was amazing, very relaxing, and the excursions of fishing and diving for conch were incredible. We were able to catch enough fish that we asked the Chef to prepare ceviche, fish soup, beer-battered fish, and blackened chimichurri fish—that was amazing. The Chef also prepared delicious conch fritters with the conch we caught. The wine pairing was excellent. Every day the Chef surprised us with delicious food. The crab Benedict for breakfast was out of this world.
I loved the yacht and the trip… every moment I relished and enjoyed. I am also in my 60s, and along with 7 other friends in our 60s, we made the trip from Palm Beach to West End and were richly rewarded with priceless views, comfort, and pampering. I thought the entertainment was fun and everyone seemed to enjoy karaoke. The passengers put on a show which was great. The Seaspeak has Starlink, which made it easy to get Wi‑Fi and stay connected on cell. Be prepared to unplug for your trip and enjoy the ocean and islands. We did have a couple of beach/snorkeling days.
